The second annual meeting of the Consumer Advisory group for the “Technology and Media Services for Individuals with Disabilities –Television Access” project took place during the first week of May, 2007, in Orlando Florida.

This conference allowed attendees the opportunity to follow the result of the project, discuss the contribution of audiovisual material to the educational process, get a vision about the closed caption as an educational and communication tool and learn about the video description history and process.
